Tell us what is going on and we will point you toward the right free help. This is not legal advice — it is a hand in the right direction for workers hurt on the job.

What to include in your message

Urgent safety and food
If you need food or shelter today, call 211 or open food help and housing help now. If you are in danger, call 911. Mental health crisis: call or text 988. Those lines do not wait on email.
